I loved the book! It gave me a different perspective from the popular Muslim stories we hear in the media. It was funny and she slipped in some more serious points without being too overbearing. I have decided to not travel to this country though, because 1) It’s too hot there and 2) I hate being covered head to toe! But overall I think I feel I understand the culture a little better now than I did before.
